Click the star on any employee card to pin them to the Favourites strip at the top. Saved in your browser and persist between sessions.
Teams Presence
Coloured presence dots show who is Available (green), Busy (red), Away (yellow), or Offline (grey) — updated live from Microsoft Teams.
Multi-Select & Bulk Actions
Enter multi-select mode to pick multiple colleagues. Copy all their emails or phones at once, or open a group Teams chat in one click.
Export to CSV
Download the visible employee list as a spreadsheet with name, title, department, email, and phone — filtered exactly as you see it on screen.
Team Matrix
Groups colleagues into department columns. The team lead — the person with the most direct reports — is highlighted at the top of each column.
Hierarchy Tree
See the full reporting chain from Entra ID. Use Level filter buttons to control expanded depth. Click any node to open the employee profile.
Departments
Browse all departments with member counts, icons, and department head details. Click "View All" to filter the employee list to that team.
Office Locations
See all office locations with address details, employee counts, and online statistics. Headquarters offices are highlighted separately.

Departments & locations out of the box
Browse your whole organisation by team or by office. Department cards show the head, member count, and a custom icon. Location cards show address details, employee count, and how many people are online right now. Both lists are backed by SharePoint lists that TeamBook Employee Directory creates automatically on first load.

Take action, not just browse
TeamBook Employee Directory is more than a read-only directory. Multi-select mode lets you pick a group of colleagues and copy all their email addresses or phone numbers at once, or open a group Teams chat straight from the directory. Export the current filtered view to CSV in a single click.
