We don't run any backend — TeamBook Connected Org reads from Microsoft Graph (employees, presence, photos) and reads/writes to SharePoint lists on your own site. There's no telemetry, no cross-tenant data, no third-party CDN, and we don't have an admin console that can see your directory. If you uninstall the app, your data stays in the same lists.

No. The licence is a flat annual fee tied to your headcount tier. Add as many users as the tier allows; you only re-tier when your organisation grows past the cap. If you grow mid-year, we pro-rate the upgrade.
Bio, pronouns, preferred name, name pronunciation, birthday (month + day, no year stored), skills (from your admin-curated catalogue), banner image, and social links. Everything else (name, title, department, email, manager) reads from Microsoft Graph — admins control that at the Azure AD layer.
