By accessing or using the Tenantrix website at tenantrix.io or any Tenantrix product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Tenantrix. References to "Tenantrix", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Tenantrix. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or organisation accessing our services.

2. Description of services

Tenantrix provides Microsoft 365 governance and SharePoint solutions. Our current products include:

  • TeamBook Employee Directory — a SharePoint Framework web part providing a complete people hub with employee directory, organisation chart, departments, and office locations, powered by Microsoft Entra ID.
  • TeamBook - Org Connected — a searchable SharePoint and Microsoft Teams employee directory powered by Microsoft Graph.
  • Tenantrix Governance — Microsoft 365 tenant governance, compliance, and lifecycle management tooling.

All products are designed to operate within your Microsoft 365 tenant environment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Use of our products

By using Tenantrix products, you agree to:

  • Use the products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Ensure that your organisation has the necessary Microsoft 365 licences and permissions to deploy and use the products
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our products
  • Not use our products in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users
  • Not use our products to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms

Our products integrate with Microsoft 365 and depend on the Microsoft Graph API and related services. Your use of Microsoft 365 is governed by your agreement with Microsoft. Tenantrix is not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Microsoft on its platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your Microsoft 365 environment meets the requirements for deploying and using Tenantrix products. This includes administrator permissions, licensing, and any relevant security and compliance policies in your organisation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on tenantrix.io — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Tenantrix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our products and their underlying code are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or licence beyond the right to use the products as described.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenantrix disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards within your own environment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenantrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tenantrix in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
