Admin Dashboard

Site Owners and Admins see a subtle Admin Dashboard button in the header. Click to open the panel.

Analytics tab

Tracks anonymous usage in a SharePoint list. Enabled via Elite Features > Enable analytics.

Shown:

  • Total searches in the last 30 days
  • Top searched terms
  • Total profile views
  • Most-viewed colleagues

All data lives inside your own tenant’s SharePoint list. Nothing is sent to Tenantrix.

Profile Completeness tab

Scans every employee’s Entra ID profile and scores it based on filled fields (photo, job title, department, office, manager, phone).

Use this to identify gaps and request HR fill them in.

Workplace status tile

Shows today’s breakdown:

  • In office — Teams workplace = Office
  • Remote — Teams workplace = Remote
  • Unknown — no workplace set

This reads Microsoft Graph presence data live. It does not affect the underlying source.

Who sees the dashboard?

Only users whose SharePoint permissions include ManageWeb see the Admin Dashboard button. Everyone else sees a normal directory header.

Manage the shared list of departments and office locations here. Changes sync across every instance of the web part on this site.
