Does data leave our tenant?

No. All employee data is read live from Microsoft Graph inside the user’s browser. Nothing is stored, cached, or transmitted to Tenantrix.

The only exceptions are:

  • Licence validation — sends the tenant ID and licence key to tenantrix.io to confirm the subscription.
  • Map view (opt-in) — sends office location names to OpenStreetMap for geocoding. Never personal data.

Does it work in Teams and Outlook?

Yes. The web part is registered as a TeamsTab and TeamsPersonalApp host, and Outlook integrates automatically. Configured group names persist so the same data shows in all three surfaces.

Do we need an Azure AD app registration?

No. The web part uses SharePoint’s built-in Graph client — it piggybacks on the user’s existing Microsoft 365 session. No registration, no app secret, no service account.

Can one licence cover multiple sites?

Yes. Licences are per-tenant, not per-site. Install the web part on as many SharePoint sites as you want within the licensed tenant.

How do we update the app?

Upload the new .sppkg to the App Catalog. Users receive the update on next page load. No reinstall, no data loss.

Is there a trial?

Yes — 8 hours, one per tenant. It runs with full Elite features. Server-tracked so clearing browser storage does not reset it.

Can we customise the look?

Logo, colour palette (7 options), font (Google Fonts), header icon, and seasonal themes are all in the property pane. For deeper customisation, contact us about the full source licence (€2,999).

What Microsoft 365 licence is required?

Any SharePoint Online plan that includes Modern pages. For live Teams presence, users must have a Microsoft Teams licence.
