Org Chart

The org chart builds a visual hierarchy from the manager relationship in Entra ID. No configuration needed.

Using the chart

• Click the Org chart icon in the view switcher to open it.
• Drag anywhere to pan around large trees.
• Scroll to zoom (trackpad pinch or Ctrl + scroll).
• Click any card to expand or collapse its direct reports.
• Use the Search field in the toolbar to highlight and centre on a name.
• Expand all / Collapse all buttons in the toolbar.

Level colours and sizes

Each reporting level gets a distinct colour ring and avatar size, so the overall shape of the organisation is readable at a glance.

Cycles and missing managers

If Entra ID data contains a reporting cycle, the chart detects it and shows the affected users at the root so nothing is hidden. Users without a manager also appear at the root.

Performance

Trees of 5,000+ employees render smoothly because only visible branches mount. Scroll large trees freely.
