Getting Started

TeamBook - Org Connected is a full-page SharePoint Framework web part that turns your Microsoft 365 tenant into a modern, searchable employee directory with live presence, org chart, office map, birthdays, and seasonal themes.

Requirements

  • SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
  • Tenant or Site Collection App Catalog
  • SharePoint Admin permissions to approve Graph API scopes
  • A TeamBook - Org Connected licence key (or start the 8-hour trial)

3-step install

  1. Upload teambook-org-connected.sppkg to your App Catalog and click Deploy.
  2. In the SharePoint Admin Center > API access, approve the requested Graph permissions: User.Read.All, Group.Read.All, Presence.Read.All, MailboxSettings.Read, ProfilePhoto.Read.All.
  3. Add the web part to any modern page: Edit page > + > TeamBook - Org Connected.

First-run choice

On first load the web part shows a welcome dialog:

  • Buy Licence — opens the pricing page on tenantrix.io
  • Start 8-hour Trial — unlocks the full app for 8 hours (one trial per tenant)

Paste a licence key into the property pane to unlock permanently.
