Licensing and Trial

8-hour trial

On first launch the web part offers a one-time, per-tenant 8-hour trial. Starting the trial records the start time on our secure server, so it cannot be reset by clearing browser storage or reinstalling the web part.

When the trial expires the app locks until a valid licence key is entered.

Buying a licence

• Visit tenantrix.io/products/teambook and pick a tier (Core / Premium / Elite).
• Checkout via Stripe. You will receive an email with your licence key within minutes.
• Key format: TB-ORG-ELITE-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-...

Entering your key

1. Open the web part’s property pane.
2. Paste the key into Licence key.
3. Click outside the field. The “Trial Expired” banner disappears and full features unlock.

Keys are validated against Tenantrix’s servers and cached locally for 24 hours, so offline use is tolerated.

Refunds and cancellations

Contact help@tenantrix.io for any licensing questions, including refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Moving to a new tenant

Licence keys are bound to the Microsoft 365 tenant that made the purchase. To transfer, email help@tenantrix.io with the new tenant ID and we will reissue.
